About the position

Location         : Yangon, Myanmar

Contract         : Full-Time


Your responsibilities

  • You are the main responsible person to build, manage and train the Digital Media Buying and Planning team of the agency. You will play a key role in training a team of young local digital enthusiasts that are eager to learn

  • Actively support to increase agency media buying revenue

  • Manage and execute cross channel media planning and buying on channels including: social, programmatic, display etc.

  • Develop monthly client reporting with useful insights to support improving client marketing plans regarding platforms, creative and targeting

  • Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns by ensuring KPI delivery


Your skills

  • Self-starting, creative ‘marketer’ with an entrepreneurial mindset that is looking to work in frontier market

  • Strong analytical skills, has a passion for delivering insightful analysis to constantly improve campaigns

  • Clear understanding of digital media operations, proven hands-on experience with media buying platforms such as Google, Facebook, Programmatic

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Great people management with the right attitude and patience to build a local team in a challenging developing market

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a high pressure environment

  • Practical knowledge is important - but we are mainly looking for someone with a great positive attitude that is looking to embark on an adventure and relocate to Myanmar!

  • Open to local and foreign talent, experience in the region (or Myanmar) is a plus
